Bug fixes and Scoring

Added a rudimentary score system.

Fixed a bunch of bugs and visual issues.

Still trying to work out how best to tackle lag at high levels.

I have new towers designed, it will just take a few hours of work to get them all in the game.

I still need to rework the game board. It's ugly atm.
